Holiday rate is an additional $5 

Holidays recognized: New Years Eve and New Year's Day, Good Friday through Easter Monday, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Veterans Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving (the day before, the day of, and the day after), Christmas (the day before, the day of, and the day after)

Unless a cancelation is due to severe weather, a death in the family, or a medical emergency, EZBZ requires that cancelation requests be made by 10 PM the night before the scheduled booking.

• Cancelation requests made between 10pm-8am will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the service.

• Cancelation requests made after 8am on the day of the service will result in a full service charge.
