a) Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please note the following cancellation requirements:

• Visit Appointments: For one-time visits (e.g., pet sitting, walking), cancellations must be made by 10:00 PM the night before the scheduled visit. If a cancellation is made after this time, a cancellation fee may apply.

b) Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be considered if a service is canceled per the terms above. Refund requests should be made as soon as possible and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process: If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, videos, audio clips, data, software, and any other materials available on the Site (collectively "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Eazy Breezy Pet Care LLC, and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.
