What services do you NOT provide?

-Grooming (beyond brushing and washing dirty paws)

-Veterinary services (except transport)

-Overnight stays (at the client's house)

-Extensive Dog Training

Can I cancel my booking?

Drop in/Walk Cancelation Policy

Unless a cancelation is due to severe weather, a death in the family, or a medical emergency, EZBZ requires that cancelation requests be made by 10 PM the night before the scheduled booking.

  • Cancelation requests made between 10pm-8am will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the service.

  • Cancelation requests made after 8am on the day of the service will result in a full service charge.​

What if there is a hurricane?

We will use best judgment in caring for your pet(s) and home. If we are servicing you at the time of inclement weather, we will try to carry out your instructions to the best of our ability. The care we provide to our client’s pets and their safety is our first concern. 

The inclement weather plan will be as follows:

  • Every effort will be made to drive to your home

  • The service scheduled may be changed, interrupted, or altered due to circumstance, with your permission

  • If it is not possible to drive safely to your home, your emergency contact listed below will be notified

 

In the event of inclement weather or severe weather warnings, the cancellation fee will be waived. However, if a cancellation occurs due to rain or less severe weather conditions, the standard cancellation fee will apply.

Are my services provided by Eazy Breezy Pet Care Insured and Bonded?

Yes, all dog walkers and pet sitters are insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

Can I meet my walker before my service?

Yes. While Meet and Greets are not required, they are highly recommended as they provide an opportunity for both the pet sitter and the pet owner to connect. These meetings help ensure that the pet sitter is familiar with the pet's needs, preferences, and routine, allowing for a smoother and more comfortable experience for everyone involved.

When do I pay for the service(s)?

For recurring bookings, all payments must be made within 5 days after the last booking of the week. For fixed-term bookings, payments are due within 5 days after the last visit. There will be a $5 per day late fee applied to the invoice until payment is made.

Eazy Breezy Pet Care covers a 13 mile radius of Clayton 27527 (from my home address).

Are you available on holidays?

Yes, for an additional charge. Please inquire within.

What payment options do you offer?

Zelle, Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
